All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays, eve of and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please kindly understand that during festive and campaign sale period, there might be a slight delay due to the high volume of orders.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Free doorstep delivery is available for orders over $80.
Deliveries are made from 12pm - 8pm on Mondays to Saturdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Next Day Delivery
Should you require your item urgently, we offer the option for next day delivery (excluding Sundays, eve of and public holidays). Please note that the cut-off time for next-day delivery is 2pm. Before placing an order, do drop us a WhatsApp at +65 8822 2605 to confirm that we are able to meet your requirements and needs. AWT reserves the right to deny any order request if unable to fulfil within sufficient lead time or stock availability.
