Refund policy
We offer replacements within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds nor exchanges as all items sold in our store have been personalised.
Please ensure you have provided the correct personalisation information as well as delivery address before checking out.
To initiate a replacement, please complete the following steps:
- Send an email to sales@awonderfultouch.com with AWT invoice showing the order number clearly
- Attach photo proof of damaged or wrong item
- Once approved, AWT team will reach out to arrange a replacement delivery within 1-2 business day according to customer's original address
Only in the event that AWT is unable to replacement the item due to stock unavailability or any other unforeseen instances, a refund will be processed.
- Amount will be refunded back to the same credit card that was used during the original order
- Refund will made within 3-5 business days
